E4FC will not sell or disclose personally identifiable information about you to unaffiliated third parties except in compliance with this “Privacy Policy”.

Donor Privacy:

E4FC is devoted to respecting the privacy of its financial and in-kind donors, whether the donation is made online, by mail, or other method. When you make a financial or in-kind donation, you provide your name and contact information. Financial donors provide standard payment information including, credit card data. We protect your information in a variety of ways, as described below.
We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information. Many donors use credit cards for donations. We protect the security of credit card transactions using a myriad of measures such as encryption, access controls, network firewall, and physical security. These precautions make it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept credit card information that you send us. When we work with other companies to process credit card transactions, those companies also use their encryption and other security measures to ensure client information safety.
Except as set forth herein, we will not sell, share or trade our donors’ personal information with any other entity. In addition, we will not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations, unless a donor has given us specific permission to do so.
E4FC also works with vendors that help with processing and managing donations and donor data. On occasion, we give these vendors access to donor data, and they are bound by strict confidentiality rules.

E4FC’s website is meant for adult viewing. If you are under the age of thirteen, please do not provide us with any of your personal information, including your email address. Notwithstanding the foregoing, E4FC welcomes children to learn more about our organization and, where appropriate, find opportunities to serve their communities through volunteer activities. However, we encourage children to do this only with their parents’ knowledge and supervision.
